Its reliable, status appearance is inspired by the style of the Captur concept car, which formed the basis of the design, and also gave the memorable name of the model. The location of a sharply inclined windshield emphasizes the dynamism of the car. Captur can be easily individualized by choosing different types of inserts in the interior, the color of the upholstery, the color of the wheels, as well as the option of painting the roof. The two-tone color of the body with a contrasting roof is not a new solution, but this is no less impressive.

Renault especially notes that the Captur is equipped with such unique options for the segment as a set of removable upholstery for the Zip Collection seats and a large Easy Life glove box with a capacity of 11 liters, which is made so that it can be used by the driver. The car is equipped with economical gasoline turbo engines of 0.9 liters and 1.2 liters with a capacity of 90 and 120 hp. respectively. Moreover, the first is paired only with a 5-speed manual, and the second - only with a robotic box EDC.

The torque of the motors is 135 and 190 Nm. For Europeans, there is an up-to-date version with a 90-hp 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine, which is equipped with 5-speed mechanics, and will soon receive a version with an EDC box. Diesel Captur has a fuel consumption of 4.6 liters in the urban cycle. The crossover can be equipped with a start-up assistance system, ABS, a stabilization system, Bluetooth and USB ports, a speed limiter with cruise control, an engine start button, keyless entry and parking sensors.

The French manufacturer emphasizes that the Captur model combines the strength of a coupe, practicality and spaciousness of a minivan, as well as the dynamics and controllability of a family hatchback.
