Electric cars may become cheaper in future but the technology presently available is too less compared to IC engine due to capacities of the batteries and limitation of technologies, if the sudden improvement happens in the technology in which massive electric energy can be stored than there will be possibilities of increase of electric vehicles replaces the IC engine vehicles.
